As the physical manifestation of our mission statement “To make a difference in the lives of our employees, who, in return, will make the difference for our clients!” the corporate culture of SurvTech Solutions not only includes an infrastructure of support, but also a variety of fun family oriented activities.

The employees of SurvTech Solutions are able to take pride in their workplace and enjoy many benefits in the SurvTech Way. SurvTech provides two paid days off for employees to donate their time and effort to any charitable cause of their choosing. As a company SurvTech has donated time, money, and resources to a wide variety of charities. We regularly discuss these projects in our video newsletter, which also prominently features video interviews with SurvTech employees for their thoughts and feelings on work related topics.

SurvTech also prides itself on continuing the education of our employees whether through tuition reimbursement for classes attended or the Certified Survey Technician program, SurvTech Solutions encourages the betterment of our employees not only for the company and clients, but also for the individual as well. SurvTech isn’t all about work though! as we find that many of the bonds of the SurvTech Way are strengthened through fun! Employee fun days like the Annual Company Beach Picnic, Holiday Parties, and birthday lunches are very important here at SurvTech Solutions. It is of the utmost importance to recognize the individual for their accomplishments as well as the collective, so at our Annual Christmas Party SurvTech Solutions presents awards to employees for their service as well as a variety of fun gag awards.

There are no misters or misses at SurvTech, everyone here is on a first name basis from the ownership to the newly hired. The SurvTech Way is what separates us from others and allows us to provide the best possible service to our clients.
