Professional Surveyor & Mapper (P.L.S.-P.S.M.) (Sanford, FL)
Our land surveying division seeks energetic and career focused individuals. Positions have tremendous growth potential. Responsibilities include overseeing and directing field survey parties and projects. Reviewing and certifying written legal descriptions of surveyed land and assure that completed work meets Florida’s Minimum Technical Standards.

Candidate Requirements are as follows :

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S. or P.S.M.) in the State of Florida

Successful history of managing field survey parties
-
Knowledge of AutoCAD (computer drafting), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other related surveying software is a must
-
Extensive technical knowledge (GPS, Topographic Data Collection, and CAD mapping)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Draftsperson/Project Surveyor (Sanford, FL)
Our Sanford land surveying division seeks talented individuals to join our team as a Draftsperson and/or Project Surveyor. The specific responsibilities will depend on the experience and skills of the selected candidate. Both roles offer significant growth and advancement opportunities.
Draftsperson:
Survey data processing and drafting
Interpreting field notes, redlines, and construction plans
Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including electronic data, field notes, and photographs
Project Surveyor:
All draftsperson responsibilities
Communication with office/field staff regarding project scope and best practices
Project Management: Project planning, scheduling, status updates to client and deliverable preparation

SUE Chief (Tampa, FL)

The SUE Chief is required to comply with all established company policies as well as all state and federal laws.

Must endeavor to continually build upon industry knowledge and professional network and improve relative skill sets.

Must be physically capable of withstanding the outdoor elements of the region as well as encounters with local flora and fauna for extended periods of time.

Must be able to create neat and professional field sketches and data reports. ​

SUE Chief is an intermediate supervisory level position of the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) department at SurvTech Solutions. The primary function of the SUE Chief is to implement and supervise the processes by which Utility Data is acquired to meet the needs SurvTech Solutions.

Party Chief (Jacksonville, FL)
Coordinate and direct survey crew to ensure that the field survey is completed to the standard of practice for land surveying, and within budgetary and time constraints.
​
Candidate preferably has a Bachelor of Science in Surveying (or equivalent degree), but field experience is also acceptable. Should have three years experience in land surveying. Must be able to operate survey field equipment, have a valid driver’s license, be drug free, and be able to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting, hauling equipment).
